Special Orders
If a book is not currently in stock, you can place a special order through Librería La Naranjah by writing to pedidos@librerialanaranjah.com.
Special orders are subject to publisher and distributor availability. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on our suppliers.
If a requested title becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly to discuss an alternative or arrange a refund where applicable.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
Although we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, occasional errors may occur. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received before dispatch.
Placing an Order

Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shop during checkout. We do not store your payment card details.
Invoices are available upon request. If you require an invoice, please make a note in the Special Instructions box during checkout and include your billing details (full name or business name, NIF/CIF, and fiscal address). We'll email you your invoice as soon as possible.
If you forgot you needed an invoice, email us at hola@librerialanaranjah.com with your order number and billing details.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, destination, courier delays, publisher supply, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
We accept orders for delivery within mainland Spain only.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and your statutory right of withdrawal are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Spanish or European consumer protection legislation.
Gift Cards
Where gift cards are offered, they may only be redeemed in accordance with their published terms.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
